Most Patients can Return to a Normal Life after ten days

Rest
For the first month it is advised that you get as much rest as possible as this helps the recovery

Wash the hair regularly
Advised to wear no jewellery for the first ten days
No smoking
Try to have a quiet life for a east a week
Keep the head elevated as this helps reduce the swelling
Plenty of ice packs help with the swelling
Avoid activities for the first week
Keep the dressing dry
No sauna
Ensure you go to all check ups
No exposure to the sun
No sun beds
Eat and drink healthy look after your body take plenty of rest the results will be fantastic
