norexia nervosa is one of the first clinical signs. Anorexia Nervosa is known as Slimmer's Disease. Anorexia Nervosa Slimmer’s Disease is one of the clinical signs and amenorrhoea failure to menstruate. Anorexia Nervosa is a known factor and very common in girls in their teens during puberty.

There is a theory on crash dieting during puberty, which the individual who is Crash Dieting can go through the barrier separating childhood from adulthood. Dieting can inhibit or disrupt menstruation.

The development of the breasts starts around the age of thirteen years, and will continue to grow through the puberty stages. One of the first signs is the nipple known as the areola will become larger, and the tissues under the nipple will start to grow pushing out volume to form the breast. When the breast is fully grown they become distinct and the nipple no longer looks enlarged. Every woman’s breast size and shape varies.

However surgery can become addictive and it is not recommended to have any surgery through the puberty years, as the body is still developing.

Puberty is not regular and sometimes the pubic and body hair will grow before the breast start to develop, this is normal, no one can predict puberty in the developing years

Puberty - Pubic Hair on Girls
Pubic hair in girls will grow along the vaginal lips; this is the opening of a girl’s private parts, and spread s underneath the vagina to the inside of the thighs. Pubic hair is coarser and becomes dark in colour.

Pubic hair on boys will start to grow on the surface of the stomach by the start of the penis, and will grow underneath the penis and on to the testicles; some men will find the pubic hair growing up to the belly button. Men’s pubic hair will grow much courser and darker.

An average of three to four inches a year is an estimated growth rate through the puberty years. Through puberty the growth of the human body does not develop at the same time, the hands, feet, and the head are the first to develop, then the legs and arms, next are the shoulders and torso.

Throughout the puberty years the body’s height will change, as the body length increases, the body gains weight.  Weight gain is a normal process and part of the puberty cycle, the body need s the weight, to develop breasts and help the body grow taller.
