The eye can expand as the apocrine gland starts to function; the sebaceous gland which lays dormant enlarges as it increases its output

The result of these glands working together can produce long-sightedness
Perspire
The body can experience a change in perspiring in many different ways
Smell
The body’s sweat glands change leaving the neutral smell of childhood from the individual one of adulthood
Oiliness
As these glands change the body can increase its oiliness
Acne
Acne can be a major problem through puberty
Medical
Severe acne can be treated by prescribed drugs, while milder acne can be treated by medicated soap and using a solvent lotion
Lotions
There is a vast mount of medication for acne, but those containing retinoic acid or benzoyl peroxide are particularly good
Tips for Oily Skin
Oily skin is one of the most major problems in puberty; try to avoid covering up this condition with make-up,
Pores
Using make-up to try to hide the oily skin can cause more problems as the make-up will only clog the pores
Camouflage
If there are areas that need camouflaging, use a recommended concealer stick and apply to the area with a fine brush
Astringent or Antiseptic
Best result for a pimple or spot is to use an astringent or antiseptic lotion they help dry out the infected area
Matt Camouflage
If a lot of camouflage is needed, it is recommended that a matt medicated foundation is used
Powder
When using the medicated foundation, a light powder if used will help prevent that oily shine come through
T.Zone
Try to focus on the t-zone of the face where the sebaceous glands are
Apply Powder
Apply the powder to the centre of the face moving slowly outwards and pressing
Firmly
Concentrate on the forehead, chin, and neck if needed
