Stress - You can feel stress,

The adrenal glands are pushing out the hormones epinephrine, and nor- epinephrine.

These glands tense the body’s muscles and speed up the heart rate, blood pressure and your breathing

These hormones give you a sensation to eat chocolate, biscuits, or any junk food, any food that should be forbidden if you are Watching your Weight or on a strict diet

Most of the junk food eaten in to days society is comfort eating

There is more stress and weight gain today then ever before

Women are very vulnerable, when going through the stages of stress

When stress takes place bad eating habits take over, almost as if  Eating the Junk Food will release the stress, but of course it does not help,  it only makes things worse, because you end up still feeling stressed but also feeling guilty for eating the junk food

Most of the stress in women would be caused by responsibility

The juggling of work, demands on family life, relationships that are unsecure

Women do try to remedy it all, which causes the Stress Levels to rise

This is why women turn to food more often than men

Over weight women report stress that stress is one of the top reasons that they are over weight

A women who is under stress must take time to take Care of the Body

Take time out for your self; eat a good energy meals, and good healthy snacks

Try to take a lot more rest, relax more and try to do more exercise and try to sleep more; even if it is just 40 winks in the day, you just need that little extra

When feeling stressed, take a moment to just relax, as stress is most damaging if it’s unrelenting

Avoiding all fatty and sugary foods when stressed can still make you Gain Weight, as stress seems to encourage the body to store fat

The body will store this fat regardless of the diet or exercises

Stress triggers starvation responses

It triggers an unconscious tendency to conserve energy from food, so your body will prepare itself for famine, so the body starts storing the calories as fat

Also through stress the blood sugar level is pushed away from the body’s chemical pathway that would normally burn it

Instead of being burnt fuel it is stored fat

Research has proven that an over weight women who is undergoing a lot of stress will store fat in her belly rather than her Hips or Thighs

You need to learn how to cope with stress and  take breathing exercises, eating a healthy controlled diet and regular exercise and most important time out for your self
