Practicing to visualise images and relax the body, will help you loose weight, now you can start to visualise the fat in your body and by visualising yourself avoiding over eating, visualise all that junk food, going into your mouth and making you feel ill, visualise yourself being ill and get your senses to smell the bad food, avoid touching the fatty food,
hearing the bad food crunching in your mouth and making you feel ill.
Try to practice visualising and using all your senses to form pictures in a deep soft sense of meditation at least tw to three times a day
Try to enter a form of soft meditation controlling your weight making you feel happy, full of life and energy.
